PRODUCT RETURNS

Product returns are accepted within 14 days.

Products must be in perfect condition and the packaging must be undamaged.

If you were cut off an invoice you must issue us with a return delivery note.

You will be refunded or if you wish, a credit invoice will be issued.

In the case of returning goods, you will be charged for the transport costs.

Useful Instructions for young, aspiring foodies:

Hold the glass correctly
Always hold the glass by the foot, so as to avoid warming the wine cup, but also to avoid soiling it with potentially sweaty or dirty hands.
Pay attention to your glass
Wine is a living organism. It requires your attention. Hold a glass over a white surface at a 45° angle. What do you observe?
Trust your sense of smell
We can identify many smells with our nose. Smell the aromas that the wine gives off and then swirl the liquid in the glass.
Smell again and try to identify the details. As the wine breathes, more and more aromas are released. And these pleasantly alter the taste.
Take a small sip.
Take a sip of wine by putting a little air in your mouth so that you can aerate the wine itself. Swirl it around your mouth for a while so that the different parts of the tongue have time to detect the flavors of the wine. If you have a lot of wine to drink, drink in moderation or spit it out so you can enjoy the rest.

Wine tourism is a particular attraction for both Greek and foreign tourists. Today, Greece is the 5th most popular tourist destination for this market. It is noteworthy that Crete is home to the oldest and longest continuous and productive vineyard in Europe.

Those who decide to enjoy their holidays in Crete will have the opportunity to tour excellent vineyards, enjoying unique wines that are constantly gaining ground internationally. It is no coincidence that Cretan vineyards, with 12.8% of the total area of vineyards, occupy the 3rd place on the wine map of Greece, with Cretan lands showing the greatest potential of all the other regions.

In close proximity to the Daskalakis winery is the chapel of Agia Paraskevi, with hagiographies dating back to the 2nd Byzantine period. Next to it, we find the "Upper and Lower Fountain" of the village, built in 1934. In the centre of the village is the church of Agios Georgios with the rare wooden carved temple of Panagia (Madonna).

In the neighbouring village of Venerato, known as a holiday resort in the past by Venetian nobles, there are preserved buildings such as the Venetian Mansion-Sarai, which is worth a visit. The historical Monastery of Paliani is a popular destination with visitors all year round. For the more sportive types, there is the gorge of Agios Fanourios, a magical landscape and a route that will surely remain indelible in the memory of every visitor.

Don't miss to visit the Ancient Patitiria (wine presses) that have been found in the area, in the place of Magana. And the magical route continues! A small, picturesque village, Kerasia, promises a mystical contact with nature, while a visit to the old chapel "Panagia Faneromeni" offers a spiritual uplift. Within 10 minutes from the winery, there is another special village, "Agios Thomas" or "A carved state". A village surrounded by mysteries, legends and landscapes of natural beauty and recreation!
