A different category of wines that have been fermented and left in clay amphorae. The fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts without sulphite addition and bottled unfiltered.

The oldest vineyards of the family are used because the composition and structure of the grapes is richer and more complete! The vineyards are located in the surrounding area of the winery and start from 260m (Vidiano) to 450m (Liatiko).

The grapes remain with the juice until the fermentation, strengthening the structure of the wine produced... In this way we have wines with a more earthy character, aromatic and flavourful, with honeyed notes of stone fruits that end up in a more spicy style. Wines that perfectly express the terroir of the region with depth and accentuated acidity that take you on a different path...

The purpose of this type of winemaking is to let nature express itself...
